We recently had our hallway and stairs done by this company, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The quality of the work and the finished result were absolutely exceptional, flawless attention to detail and craftsmanship throughout. From start to finish, their customer service was spot on. They were professional, responsive, and clearly take great pride in what they do. The team was clean, hardworking, and respectful of our home, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Cannot recommend Exquisite floors of Essex enough!!  initially went to the shop and Sioban was very helpful and friendly when giving us advice on which laminate to choose, had a survey the following day with Marc and within 30 minutes of leaving he sent us a quote which was very reasonable! Our floor was laid by Scott who I also can't give enough credit to, he stayed so much later than expected to get the job done and worked at the speed of light!
